Founder & Licensed Massage therapist

Tiaira “TeTee” Powell is the founder and CEO of Body Sculpting by TeTee LLC, a wellness practice specializing in lymphatic drainage, post-operative recovery, therapeutic massage, and body sculpting services designed to help clients look, feel, and heal better.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and instructor at Body Wisdom Massage School in Urbandale, TeTee is deeply committed to both hands-on healing and education. She has learned advanced massage techniques through various trainings across the country, allowing her to blend science, technique, and intuition into each customized session.

TeTee is also a proud graduate of the NYU Stern Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program, where she strengthened her business strategy, leadership, and long-term vision as a wellness entrepreneur.

Beyond her work, she is a devoted wife and mother of two. In her free time, she loves working out and traveling with her family, explore new places, and create experiences.

Stephanie brings an exceptional level of skill, precision, and patient-centered care to every treatment and is dedicated to providing natural-looking results.

Stephanie’s clinical background extends far beyond aesthetics alone. She has spent more than 30 years working in both dermatology and plastic surgery and has trained both domestically and internationally, giving her a comprehensive understanding of skin, aging and advanced cosmetic techniques.

Stephanie offers a full range of injectable and skin health services at her clinic in West Des Moines.
